Embrace your journey to a fulfilling life
“Why does this keep happening?”
It’s Groundhog Day
The same relationships, the same stress, the same stuck — different year. You’ve tried willpower, books, maybe even coaching or therapy before, and you still can’t see what’s driving it. Untangling that is where everything starts.
“My world’s turned upside down”
When crap makes great manure
The house of cards has come down — a divorce, a bereavement, burnout. Or life has turned upside down another way: retirement, a new baby. Either way, the old ways of living aren’t working. You need to grieve what’s gone, adjust, and rebuild a life that’s genuinely yours.
Different doors. Same need: change that lasts.
Welcome
It is good to have you here. Whatever your questions, concerns, aspirations, or pain, I am here to support you get through the knotty stuff and step up into the wonderful life that can and should be yours.
There is so much possibility.
Why I do this
I love people’s complexity and diversity. And I’ve seen, over and over, that “this is just how I am” and “this is just my life now” are almost never true.
Clients arrive lost, distraught, or simply flat — and leave with more joy, meaning, and possibility than they ever imagined. Tough times can feel awful. They can be survived. And life afterwards can be good. It’s not pretty, but crap makes great manure.
What makes therapy work, more than any technique, is the relationship. Which is why it starts with a free 20-minute call — not to sell you anything, but so you can feel what it’s like to talk to me.

How I work
What’s really driving it — the root, not the symptom. Mind, body, emotions and life, because they don’t work separately.
Therapy for what hurts: grief, burnout, old wounds, shame, patterns that started long before you noticed them.
Coaching for what’s next: direction, decisions, confidence — a life that feels more your own, and more alive.
Here’s something most practice models miss: very few people need pure therapy or pure coaching. Most people need some of both, even when one clearly leads — and it’s the combination that makes the difference to the journey and the outcome. Often that only becomes clear part-way in: coaching runs into old hurt, or therapy’s healing journey includes a need for momentum and direction. Because I’m qualified in both, nothing gets left out, referred on midway, or stretched past what a single training covers.
Whatever comes up, we can work with it — in the same room, with the same person.
ADHD · Autism · AuDHD
Especially late diagnosis (or a long wait for one)
There are plenty of ADHD coaches, and the good ones do valuable work. But strategies alone don’t change lives — because most neurodivergent adults carry a lifetime of being called lazy, naughty, rude, or stupid. Often bullied. Rarely shown what they’re brilliant at. I bring specialist training, 13 years’ professional practice, and lived experience.
Imposter syndrome, rejection sensitivity, the inner critic
Shame by other names
You might never use the word “shame.” It sounds more like: “there’s something wrong with me” — “why can’t I just do what everyone else does?” — “I’m too much.” It looks like imposter syndrome at work, however much you achieve. A vicious inner critic, replaying every conversation at 3am. Rejection sensitivity (RSD) — criticism or perceived rejection that flattens you for days. Low self-confidence that no amount of success seems to fix. Perfectionism that can’t bear getting anything wrong. That’s the residue of a lifetime of “lazy, naughty, rude, stupid.” It’s not who you are. And it can heal.
