Everything I offer is carefully structured around helping each individual fulfil their goals and potential. From our initial conversation through to the end of our work together – if we work together – it will all be tailored to that specific person.

When someone is curious to find out more, we initially have a 10-15 minute conversation to find out what they want, and get to know each other a little bit. If it seems a promising fit, we can then speak further. If either of us thinks it’s not a great fit, I have a wide network of other professionals I am happy to refer to.

Look good?

If we both think it’s a promising fit, we will set up a 45-minute consultation, offered at my expense, where we can get to understand the person’s aspirations and challenges, and what the way forward might look like. If we decide we’d like to work together, we explore what that will look like.

Transformation…and beyond…

The client and I are excited to get the results they want, and more. We explore the practicalities of how we do that: how many sessions we’d initially need, how often, and what other support might be helpful to make results quick and enduring (it could be, for example, tools to keep, or between-session support). I do not offer individual sessions, because experience says clients get better, faster results at lower investment if we both commit to a journey together. That commitment to their own ambitions, in fact, is one of the biggest steps anyone will take to transformation.

Working together always looks different because each person is different. Sometimes there are clear problem-solution conversations with concrete tools to make life changes. Shifting mindset can be a huge contributor to transformation.

Other times gentle conversation is needed to process emotional distress or obstacles. It can be really helpful to use the body, to understand, process, and shift feelings, or to improve e.g. calmness or confidence. Each person explores the unique approaches that will suit them best, gaining the understanding and resources they need to reach the life they want – and beyond…
