I’m Emma Chesterman, and I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others towards a more balanced, fulfilling life. My journey in transformation began fifteen years ago and every part of my learning has been inspired by deep personal experience.

What drives me?

I chose this path after a catastrophic life experience. At just 22, following a period of stress and a bout of flu, doctors told me I would probably be in bed for the rest of my life, and there was nothing they could do. I refused to accept this, and spent the next 10 years training and trying different therapies, learning my way into full health. My fierce commitment to my work is fuelled by this experience and my desire that everyone should be able to find a way to grow fully into the person they can be and the life they choose, whatever the challenges or ambitions.

Why do I love what I do?

What drives me is the transformation I see in my clients. Travelling alongside someone as they move from uncertainty to clarity, from distress to peace, from frustration to transformation, is profoundly rewarding. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

Qualifications and experience

Over the 12 years since, I have worked with a wide range of people and situations, and have a particular interest in working with different cultures and neurodiversities. I am qualified in Anatomy, Pathology, and Physiology to undergraduate level, specialising in the physiology and management of stress, hold a Graduate Certificate and MSc in Psychology, study regularly with international pioneers at the cutting edge of scientific research into the mind-body connection, and have specifically trained in the stress of racism. This has led me to develop my own unique system working with mind, body, emotions, and life – the whole person – to deliver transformative change into levels of success and happiness that clients could never have imagined.

We work together to identify exactly what clients’ goals are, what is holding them back, and how we can make changes to help them step up beyond anything they’d imagined. I take time to listen and respond in a way that acknowledges their situation both emotionally and practically. Compassion is at the heart of how I hold space for my clients. It’s about creating an environment where they feel cared for in every interaction – both what is said and what remains unspoken. This compassionate approach ensures that I go at the client’s own pace, keeping them in control of their own journey.

Finally, joy is a vital component of my approach. It’s not just about finding temporary happiness but about helping clients discover and sustain joy in who they are and in their lives. This involves building a pattern of positivity and strength, enabling them to rediscover joy independently.
